Description
The Brunello di Montalcino, which slowly opens to aromas of dark cherries and plum, along with dried exotic spices, dried floral, orange peel, mineral and hints of old leather. On the palate this is medium to full-bodied and well structured with a silky, polished frame that expands beautifully on to a long, spice-tinged finish.
Maturation in Slavonian and French oak barrels for a minimum of 24 months, in special vintages up to 36 months. Elegant and well balanced, powerful, but clean and smooth and a dynamic rising finale.
