12 months in barrel, gravelly pumace, this wine has a bit of a dried meat like notes to the black cherry, tar and herbs. A very spiced and decadent wine on the palate with sweet berry fruit, fine tannins and that minty herbal nuance through the finish, wonderful freshness here, very intense.
